Frank Pérez, DBA, is a philatelist, art collector, and international judge with more than 30 years of experience in collecting, competitive exhibiting, and inherited collections.
A collector, judge, and guide for heirs
Over the course of his career, he has served as a juror at national and international exhibitions, evaluating specialized material ranging from traditional philately to complex postal history. In this project, he writes in an educational and informational capacity to help heirs better understand inherited collections and the options available to them.

He holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from SDA Bocconi, which informs his analytical approach to collectibles and inherited assets.
